What Guests Say

George was an incredible and welcoming host who made you feel as he said “like a friend of 10 years visiting”. We started off with a tour of the market with some small history explained, alongside sampling traditional foods. George also brought along and had us sample some homemade peach and honey shots (SO GOOD!) he then walked us back to his apartment and also provided some more history along the way. Once back at the apartment the atmosphere created was very wholesome, welcoming and like sitting with family. The group size is kept small to enhance this familial atmosphere which feels more intimate and we had such a lovely time with the other guests. We were provided with a beautifully chosen cold meat board and other complimentary bites; a beautiful blend of flavours. We opted to make the chicken paprikash, it was such an enjoyable time learning how to make this dish, very interactive and the end product was out of this world! We left with full bellies, many bottles of wines and shots finished (all of which George happily provided included) and a great way to remember our stay here in Budapes
